Self-Collection

• Self-collection will be available at Singdasing Gold Shop 1 working days after payment is completed.

• Collection must be done within 7 working days upon purchase.

• There will be no refund for all orders not collected beyond 7 working days.

• For self-collection, please bring along your Mobile to show the QR code, to be accessed from Lazada application.

• After our verification, customers must inspect the product and click ‘order received’ on the sport as precious metal (i.e Gold) are not returnable.

Return and Exchange

• Please note that precious metals & gemstones (e.g gold, diamonds, silver, etc.) are not returnable or exchangeable, unless items received is different from item ordered.

• Singdasing Gold Shop holds the right to decide in a fair manner what are the conditions the deem the item no longer valid for exchange.

• For exchange/return of wrong item, it must be done within 7 workings days from the day of parcel delivered.
